1 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan heat the chocolate chips heavy cream corn syrup and salt over low heat stirring frequently until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
2. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
3. In a large bowl whisk together the sugar cocoa powder cornstarch and baking soda.
4. Gradually add the chocolate mixture to the sugar mixture whisking until well blended.
5. Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
6. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
7. Cut into wedges and serve.
