There are many theories about the identity of Chuck E. Cheese the mascot of the popular restaurant and entertainment chain. Some say that he is a mouse while others believe he is a rat. So which is he?
The answer may lie in the fact that the character was originally designed to be a rat. In the early days of the Chuck E. Cheese brand the mascot was known as “Chuck E. Cheese’s Pizza Time Theatre” and he was definitely intended to be a rat. However over the years the character has undergone a number of changes and his appearance is now more mouse-like than ever.
