When you find a seller on Facebook that you’re interested in there are a few things you can do to get an idea of what others think of them. Here are some tips:
-Check their seller rating. This is a number that appears on their profile and is an average of all the ratings they’ve received from buyers.
-Look at the reviews they’ve gotten. You can find these by clicking on the “reviews” tab on their profile.
-See if they’re a verified seller. This means that Facebook has confirmed that they’re a real person or business. You can tell if a seller is verified if there’s a blue checkmark next to their name on their profile.
-Pay attention to how responsive they are. A good seller will usually respond quickly to messages and questions.
-Ask around. If you know anyone who’s bought from the seller before see what they thought of the experience. Up until answer to question 15
