One day I was sitting in my bedroom and I heard a croak. I got up to investigate and I found a frog sitting on my bed! I have no idea how it got there but it was definitely a frog. I picked it up and put it outside and I haven’t seen it since.
Frogs are amphibians meaning they can live in both water and on land. They typically spend their days in the water but they will come onto land to mate and to lay their eggs. It’s possible that this frog was simply following its natural instincts and ended up in my bedroom by mistake.
There are a few ways that a frog could have ended up in my room. One possibility is that it came in through an open window. Frogs are good jumpers so it wouldn’t be difficult for one to hop through an open window and into my room.
Another possibility is that the frog came in through the door. If the door was left open for even a short period of time a frog could have easily made its way inside.
It’s also possible that the frog came in with someone else. If someone came into my room carrying a frog or if they had a frog in their pocket the frog could have gotten loose and ended up in my room.
No matter how the frog got into my room I’m just glad I found it and was able to put it back outside. It’s not every day that you find a frog in your bedroom!
