Chris Wallace was born on October 12 1947 in Chicago Illinois United States. He is the son of Lila (née Haves) and the late CBS 60 Minutes journalist Mike Wallace. He has two brothers Peter and Jeffrey. Wallace’s stepfather Bill Leonard was the former head of CBS News and the dean of the Graduate School of Journalism at Boston University.
Wallace has been with Fox News since 2003. He is the current host of Fox News Sunday which he has hosted since 2003. He is also a regular contributor to Special Report with Bret Baier and Fox News @ Night.
Wallace has won three Emmy Awards and the Dupont-Columbia Silver Baton Award. In 2019 he received the Walter Cronkite Award for Excellence in Journalism.
