The Gas Monkey Garage team and the Street Outlaws team went head to head in an epic drag race recently with the Street Outlaws team ultimately coming out on top.
The two teams have been rivals for years so it was no surprise that they would eventually end up facing off against each other on the drag strip. The Gas Monkey team is known for their high-powered cars and their willingness to take on anyone in a race while the Street Outlaws team is made up of some of the most experienced and successful drag racers in the country.
The race was originally supposed to take place at the Texas Motor Speedway but due to bad weather it was moved to the Houston Raceway Park. This meant that the track was unfamiliar to both teams which added an element of unpredictability to the race.
The Street Outlaws team won the first round of the race but the Gas Monkey team came back strong in the second round and won that one. The final round was anyone’s race but in the end it was the Street Outlaws team that took home the victory.
