If this doesn’t work out, you’ll have to plod back to the previous location. And in the meantime, Roger Rabbit is stuck behind you, which means that you’ll need to figure out the murder in order to solve the case.
In the Los Angeles location, Jessica is available as an additional resource. Her hints and advice help you find the pieces of the will. The telephone number she gives you can be found on a table, so you can call her to get some tips from her. Unfortunately, this number has since been redistributed. But this doesn’t mean that the game isn’t fun! With a few simple hints, the game can become a fun and challenging experience for anyone who’s a fan of this classic genre.
Eddie’s brother Teddy was killed by a toon, which led him to run around looking for the guy who had dropped the piano on him. The guy was a squeaky voice and had burning red eyes, but Roger didn’t notice him. Eddie, however, does feel terrible about losing his brother, and says that he doesn’t hate Roger. It’s a heart-breaking moment for Eddie and his family, but he also says that he doesn’t really hate Roger.
Eddie Valiant, a former private investigator, is hired by cartoon producer R.K. Maroon. He’s upset with Roger Rabbit for making the Baby Herman cartoon over budget by $25,000, but he chalks it up to his concern for Jessica. Meanwhile, a recent newspaper article claims that Jessica is dating someone else. Eddie is assigned to find the pictures and catch the real evildoer.
