Bård Ylvisåker one half of the brotherly act has traded in his fox costume for a more traditional suit and tie as the host of I kveld med Ylvis (Tonight with Ylvis) on TVNorge. His partner in crime Vegard Ylvisåker has taken a break from the stage to focus on his family but still occasionally pops up in his brother’s TV show.
The foxes from the “The Fox” video have all but retired from the public eye. The white fox played by Øyvind Ødegård now works as a carpenter while the red fox Guro Gikling Moe is a full-time mom. The black fox Silje Salomonsen is the only one still working in the entertainment industry though she now works behind the scenes as a casting director.
