Valiant believes that the two have left the office, but the Weasel’s spirit is still inside. They question Eddie about Roger’s whereabouts and handcuff him to him.
Doom and Stupid are the antagonists in Who Framed Roger Rabbit. They’re also the ones who framed the titular rabbit. They’re all villains of Toontown, and they’re destined to meet a tragic end. After Doom and Valiant’s deaths, the weasel who framed Roger rabbit becomes the star of the movie.
