Today we’re going to learn how to make the snake from Nightmare Before Christmas! This project is perfect for Halloween or any time you want to make a spooky snake!
You’ll need the following supplies:
-1 sheet of black construction paper
-1 sheet of green construction paper
-Scissors
-Glue
First we’re going to cut our black construction paper into a long thin strip. This will be the body of our snake.
Next we’re going to cut our green construction paper into a few small pieces. These will be the scales for our snake.
Now we’re going to glue the green scales onto the black body. Start at the head of the snake and work your way down.
Once the scales are all in place your snake is finished!
Here are a few things you can do with your snake:
-Hang it up as a decoration
-Wrap it around a tree
– Make it into a headband
-Wear it as a necklace
