1 can (12 oz) cinnamon rolls
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12 cup Bundt pan with cooking spray.
2. Unroll the cinnamon rolls and cut each one into quarters.
3. In a small bowl mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
4. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
5. Pour half of the melted butter into the bottom of the Bundt pan. Add the brown sugar and raisins (if using) and stir to combine.
6. Add the cinnamon roll pieces to the pan and sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
7. Pour the remaining melted butter over the top.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
9. Let the bread cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a plate. Serve warm.
