Next take the stuffing and shape it into a ball. This will be the ostrich’s head. Hot glue the ball of stuffing to the center of the balloon making sure to leave the string attached. Once the head is secure begin to stuffing the balloon with more stuffing stopping every so often to shape the head into an ostrich shape.
Once the head is the desired shape continue stuffing the balloon until it is full. Tie off the end of the balloon and then hot glue or sew the opening shut.
Now it’s time to attach the head to the body of the ostrich. First cut a small hole in the center of the ostrich’s body. Next insert the balloon into the hole and then hot glue or sew the hole shut.
Finally it’s time to add the wings. First find the center of the back of the ostrich’s body. Next hot glue or sew the wings to the body making sure to align the center of the wings with the center of the body.
Your ostrich costume is now complete!
