4. Place the fondant on a clean work surface and knead it until it’s smooth. If it’s too sticky add a little more confectioners’ sugar. If it’s too dry add a little more water.
5. Roll out the fondant to the desired thickness and use it to cover your cake or cupcakes. Or get creative and use it to make other fondant creatures!
Tips:
-If you’re not using the fondant right away store it in an airtight container in the fridge.
-If you find that your fondant is too sticky dust your hands with a little cornstarch or confectioners’ sugar.
