If you’re looking to catch a tortoise in the wild there are a few things you’ll need to do first. First you’ll need to find a good spot where tortoises are known to frequent. Then you’ll need to set up a trap. You can use a simple snare or a more complex trap like a pitfall trap.
Once you’ve set your trap all you need to do is wait. It may take a while but eventually a tortoise will wander into your trap. When it does you’ll have yourself a new pet tortoise!
