How To Draw An Easy Frog

Did you know that frogs are amphibians? This means they can live on both land and in water. frogs are born in water and live most of their lives in or near water. frogs have long muscular legs for jumping and swimming. They also have webbed feet which help them to swim. Most frogs have a green or brown body but some frogs can be brightly colored.

One way to tell a frog from a toad is that frogs have smooth wet skin while toads have dry bumpy skin. Toads also tend to be larger and heavier than frogs.

Now that you know a bit about frogs let’s learn how to draw one!

Start by drawing a circle for the head. Then add a curved line for the mouth. Next draw two large oval shapes for the eyes. Add a smaller oval inside each eye for the pupils. Draw a curved line above each eye for the eyebrows.

Now add a neck and body. Start by drawing a curved line from the head down and to the right. Then add a curved line back up to the head on the left side. This should create a partial oval shape. Finish the body by drawing a line down the center of the oval connecting the two curves.

Next add the legs. Start by drawing a line down from the body on the right side. This will be the first leg. To add the other legs continue drawing lines down from the body making them progressively shorter.

Finally add the webbed feet. Start by drawing a triangle at the end of each leg. Then add curved lines between the triangles connecting them to form the webbing.
