Copper Cow Coffee is a speciality coffee roaster based in Los Angeles California USA. We focus on small-batch sustainable and ethically sourced coffees. Our coffee is roasted in a 1965 Probat UG22 roaster and packaged by hand.
We believe in transparencysustainability and traceability throughout our supply chain. We partner with our farmers to visit their farms learn about their growing practices and pay above market prices for their coffees. Our coffees are selected for their quality and uniqueness and we work with our farmers to ensure that these coffees are grown and harvested with great care.
We are currently working with farms in Costa Rica Ethiopia Guatemala Honduras Mexico and Nicaragua. We have also established a cooperative in Thailand that is working to improve the quality of life for coffee farmers in that country.
