The other day I was playing a game of fox and squirrels with my cousin. We were both in the trees and I was the squirrel. I was trying to get to the other side of the tree to get the acorn while my cousin the fox was trying to catch me. Every time I got close to the acorn my cousin would try to lunge at me and snatch me up. But I was quick and I managed to stay just out of his reach.
After a while we both got tired and decided to take a break. We sat down on the ground and my cousin asked me how I had managed to stay ahead of him. I told him that it was just a matter of practice. I had been playing this game since I was a little kid and I knew all the tricks. My cousin on the other hand had only started playing a few months ago.
I then went on to give my cousin some tips on how to improve his game. I told him that he needed to be more patient and to think about his moves before he made them. I also told him to try and anticipate where I was going to move next so that he could cut me off.
After our break we started playing again. This time my cousin was more patient and he managed to catch me a few times. But I still managed to stay ahead and get the acorn. In the end it was a close game but I won.
This game is a lot of fun and it’s a great way to stay active. If you’ve never played it before I highly recommend giving it a try.
