A special feature on the DVD of the 1988 film, “Who Framed Roger Rabbit” explains that Eddie Valiant was in the shirtless state when he first met Jessica Rabbit. He was wearing a toon head that he’d had to wash off. It was a creepy sight. However, it’s hard to argue with that kind of creativity. The movie is based on a novel by Gary Wolf, which was released in 1981.
Another part of the film that features Jessica is Benny the Cab. In the movie, Benny the cab is an anthropomorphic yellow taxi cab with white tires. It was portrayed as a gruff middle-aged character. During the car crash, Benny the cab rescued Roger and Jessica from the car and he subsequently took them to the movie theater.
Several other scenes from “Roger Rabbit” were revealed by Buzz. One such scene is where Jessica Rabbit is thrown from an animated taxi into a light post and spins a triple lutz in a Kerrigan-like way. Interestingly, she is wearing nothing on the first spin but underwear on the second. In fact, she can be seen right down Broadway after the crash!
