The G.I. Joe franchise has been around for decades and one of its most iconic characters is the ninja Master Snake Eyes. The character has been played by several actors over the years most notably by Ray Park in the 2009 live-action movie.

So where was Snake Eyes filmed?

The majority of Snake Eyes was filmed in New Orleans Louisiana. The city was chosen for its unique architecture and its abundance of French Quarter style buildings. The production team took over several blocks of the city and even built a replica of the Cobra Temple on one of the rooftops.

Several other locations were used for filming including the National Museum of the Marine Corps in Virginia and the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
