Don Bosco Preparatory High School is a private all-male Catholic college preparatory school in Ramsey New Jersey United States founded in 1915 by the Salesians of Don Bosco. The school operates under the supervision of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Newark. It has been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools Commission on Secondary Schools since 1942.

The school was originally located in New York City. When the Salesians purchased the current site in Ramsey New Jersey in 1922 the school moved. The school has been at its current location since then.

The school’s sports teams are nicknamed the Ironmen. The school is a member of the Big North Conference which is comprised of public and private high schools located in Bergen and Passaic counties in New Jersey and operates under the supervision of the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA). The school competes in the Bergen County Scholastic League (BCSL) which is comprised of private and public high schools located in Bergen County and operates under the supervision of the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA).

Don Bosco Prep is notable for being the alma mater of several Major League Baseball players including Lou Piniella Yogi Berra Phil Rizzuto Bobby Valentine and most notably Hall of Famer Tom Seaver.

The school has been ranked by New Jersey Monthly as the best Catholic high school in New Jersey for eight consecutive years from 2009 to 2016.
